"Carmine" 

Hand dyed luxury A grade mulberry silk embroidery thread.  The historical name comes from the Renaissance times relating to a deep red/burgandy colour.

Dyed using synthetic dyes but historically matched. Please note: due to the nature of hand dyeing batches may vary slightly, photographs are true to current batch.

Price is for one 3g skein of embroidery thread made from 100% A grade mulberry silk, 24m in total.  (Can be split into 2 threads when using).
