Named for the small wild plum whose skin stains everything it touches, Damson is purple at its most grown-up. Warm mulberry-violet shifts through shadowed plum and dusty rose in a tonal hand-dyed wash that is rich, complex, and endlessly alive in the light.

Never flat, never simple — the subtle tonal shifts that move through this skein carry beautifully into the finished fabric, while the legendary lustre of 100% mulberry silk gives the colour a jewel-like intensity that photographs can only hint at.
