A full range of lilacs and silvers subtlety and delicately are blended together like an impressionist painting showing shadows in lilac hues.
The painting shown in the picture is from Willard Metcalf in 1913. The Impressionists painted shadows in violet hues to contrast primary colours and created violet by glazing cobalt blue or ultramarine with red, or by using new cobalt and manganese violet pigments that had become available to artists during this time period.
This is a blend of 55% Bluefaced Leicester with a 45% silk in a lace weight yarn

Care of your Product:
This Yarn is hand dyed by myself using acid dyes and has been dyed with a gentle heat being handled as little as possible
